"I have made multiple attempts to contact this agent’s office, but each call goes to voicemail, and I have not received a response for days or even weeks.
Additionally, I have been double billed for several months and have reached out numerous times to resolve the issue, with no follow-up or communication from the office.
This lack of responsiveness is extremely disappointing. If this office is unable to provide basic customer service, it reflects poorly on the overall experience. As a 28-year customer of State Farm, I expected much better support and accountability.
Given the ongoing lack of resolution, I will be escalating this matter to corporate."
