"Unprofessional! To have an agent complain while I'm simply trying to get properly quoted after thinking we were handled with getting coverage. To see how much something would be to be ADDED at that. This need to be addressed that the customer is not trying to inconvenience you but simply get something handled and be taken care of. Paying insurance is already a hassle but to make me out to feel bad for that was not customer service. Seemed like a nice lady but not the type of service to be expected, Please do better."

"Worst agent ever. He won't lift a finger to help you, but will go out of his way to raise your rates. I was his client for over 7 years and when the card we had on file for payment expired, he cancelled our car insurance. Apparently, they sent a text or email but never bothered to actually pick up the phone to ask to resolve the issue. Found out when the state sent a letter informing us we had been driving for two months without coverage. Not only was I driving without knowledge of not being covered but now have to pay twice as much because I have had a lapse in coverage. This agent is not watching out for you. I also had the experience of an accident, not my fault, the other driver was ticketed. State Farm tried to hold me accountable for the accident and I asked this agent to help clear it up and was told I would have to talk to claims as the agent had no control. I finally got State Farm to clear it on my own. This guy will not be your advocate!"
